What Are The Principles And Operation Of Generators

Generators In this society, we can find many places where generators are used, so what knowledge do we need to know about products such as generators?

The principle is that the stator of the generator, the rotor connect the bearing and the end cover, so that the rotor can rotate on the stator, do the movement of cutting the magnetic lines of force, so as to generate the induced electric potential, through the terminal and the connection in the loop, and the current generation. Generators come in many forms, but their working principle is based on the laws of electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic force. Therefore, the general principle of its construction is to use appropriate magnetic conductive and conductive materials to form a mutual electromagnetic induction magnetic circuit and circuit to generate electromagnetic power and achieve the purpose of energy conversion.

Using the electromagnetic induction principle of the magnetic field lines induced by the wire-cut magnetic field lines, the mechanical energy of the prime mover is converted into the output electric energy. The synchronous generator consists of a stator and a rotor. The stator is the armature for generating electricity, and the rotor is the magnetic pole. The stator is composed of an armature iron core, a uniformly discharged three-phase winding, a base and an end cover. The rotor is usually a hidden pole type, consisting of an excitation winding, an iron core, a shaft, a guard ring, and a center ring. The excitation winding of the rotor receives direct current to generate a magnetic field close to the sinusoidal distribution (referring to the rotor magnetic field), and the effective magnetic field flux intersects the static armature winding. When the rotor rotates, the magnetic field of the rotor also rotates. With each revolution, the magnetic lines of force cut off each phase winding of the stator in turn, and a three-phase AC electric potential is induced in the three-phase stator winding.
