(1) When the generator is running, pay attention to check whether the indication of the monitoring instrument is normal. When an abnormality occurs, the adjustment process is carried out to keep the generator in normal working condition.
(2) Adjust the three-phase load of the generator to keep the current of each phase in balance.
(3) Fill the bearing oil according to the regulations, not too much or too little, and the filling amount should be 70% of the bearing chamber.
(4) Frequently check the bearing for frictional noise. If there is, stop the machine for maintenance or replace the bearing immediately.
(5) Check the parallel wires of the stator windings. If they break, they should be repaired in time.
(6) Check the insulation condition of the stator core. If it is damaged, it should be repaired to eliminate the short-circuit fault between the slices.
(7) Lower the inlet air temperature and inlet water temperature, and clean the blockage of the cooler.
(8) Clean up the blockage of the air duct to make the air duct unblocked.
